The IMS Paulista façade features high performance IGU glazing laminated with rolled glass.

Currently under construction, the innovative façade system is planned to be finished in early 2017.

The 6.4m long glass columns were tested in order to find the smaller functional cross section.

In order to allow the façade to adapt to the flexible metallic structure, a combined study of macro and micro structure was carried out.

Each single part of the façade was designed from scratch.
